It's not just about language. Sometimes you just can't get along with foreigners in your company. And it's not a lack of language skills. The somewhat theoretical concept of "cultural differences" can give you a very practical headache. Missed deadlines, missed assignments, uncomprehending looks.

All of these are familiar to those of us who have had the opportunity to manage workers from other cultures.

It's not easy. And even worse, your boss or customer doesn't care about your troubles. In a global economy, workers need to be managed effectively no matter what nationality they are. In the intercultural management course "Managing Foreign Workers" you will learn how to do it.
